Thank you for choosing The Massage Suite at Sorellas Salon. Your appointments are very important to me, and the time scheduled is reserved exclusively for your care and physical recovery. Because I operate as an independent professional with limited daily availability, last-minute cancellations and missed appointments deeply impact my small business. To ensure the highest level of service for all clients, the following policies are strictly enforced: 1. 24-Hour Notice Required I respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows me sufficient time to offer that open reservation window to clients on my waiting list. 2. Late Cancellation Fees Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice: No fee will be charged, and any deposits paid will be fully credited to your next session.Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice: A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. 3. "No-Shows" (Missed Appointments) If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notification, it will be considered a "No-Show." In this event, a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service price will be automatically charged to the card on file. Future appointments cannot be booked until this balance is cleared. 4. Late Arrivals If you arrive late for your appointment, your session will still end precisely at its originally scheduled time so that the next client is not kept waiting. The full price of the scheduled service will still apply. 5. Emergencies & Sickness I understand that sudden emergencies, severe illness, or extreme weather happen. If you wake up sick, please notify me as early as possible. Cancellation fees may be waived at my sole discretion for genuine, unavoidable emergencies.
